Toronto Pest Control Pros is a licensed and insured local pest control service for Toronto and its neighbourhoods. We are not a national franchise and we are not decades old. We are a Scarborough-based crew that answers the phone, shows up the same day where we can, and treats the pests this city actually has: mice and rats, German cockroaches, bed bugs, carpenter ants, and the wasps and fall invaders that arrive on schedule every year.

How we work
We do three things on every job, in order: find how the pest is getting in, treat what is there, and seal the way back. A lot of companies skip the first and third steps because spraying is faster. That is why the pests come back. We would rather do the job once and stand behind it than book you again in six weeks.
The inspection is free. We confirm the pest, quote a firm price before any work starts, and use only products registered by Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency, applied to the label. Residential treatments carry a two-month guarantee: if the pest is still active, we come back once at no charge.
Licensed, insured, and accountable
Ontario does not let just anyone apply pest control products. The province licenses exterminators under the Pesticides Act and O. Reg. 63/09, and our technicians hold that licence. We are insured, and we are accredited by the Better Business Bureau. We are also a member of the Canadian Federation of Independent Business.
What we believe about this trade
Two things are wrong with a lot of pest control. The first is hidden pricing, the "call for a quote" that exists so nobody can compare. We publish real ranges instead. The second is manufactured urgency, the company that treats one spider like an emergency. We wrote an honest guide to when you do not need us, because a company that only ever says "book now" is selling fear, not pest control.
A company that never tells you to wait and watch is not on your side.
Where we work
We cover Toronto: downtown and the condo towers, the Annex, Leslieville, Riverdale, East York, Leaside, North York, Etobicoke, and Scarborough. We also serve the wider GTA through our partner network. If you are outside the core, call and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right crew or point you to who is.
