The fastest way to reach us
The phone is fastest, and it is answered 24/7 for genuine emergencies: a wasp nest at a doorway, rodents in a food area, or an infestation that cannot wait. For everything else, the quote form is the quiet option. Send it any hour and we reply the next business day.
Hours and response
- Booking and quotes: same-day callbacks, seven days a week.
- Emergencies: 24/7, with response typically within about 45 minutes across the core.
- Free inspection: every job starts with one, at no charge, with the price confirmed before any work begins.
Where we work
We cover Toronto end to end: downtown, the Annex, Leslieville, Riverdale, East York, Leaside, North York, Etobicoke, and Scarborough, plus the wider GTA through our partner network. Not sure we reach you? Call and we will tell you straight.
What to tell us when you call
Three things get you an accurate price fast: the pest you are seeing, roughly how long and how widespread it is, and the type of home or business (condo, house, restaurant, rental unit). If you are not certain what the pest is, describe what you are finding, droppings, bites, a nest, an insect you can photograph, and we will identify it.
